Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
1. Provider Identification
Eventure.si is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for organizations, events, content, and e-commerce. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Users and Organizations
A User is any individual who visits or uses the Eventure.si platform. An Organization is any legal entity, business, association, or individual registered on the platform to publish content, manage events, or conduct commerce.
- Users may browse public content, register for events, and interact with organizations without charge.
- Organizations may create and manage events, publish content, operate shops, and build communities under their subscription plan.
3. Beta Access and Onboarding Commitments
Eventure.si is currently in its final beta testing phase prior to public launch. During this phase, access is limited to individuals personally invited by the platform operator who are aware that the project is still in beta. This restriction helps maintain a stable, well-supported environment while approaching public release.
Operating and maintaining the platform, including hosting and infrastructure, involves an ongoing annual cost. To help sustain the free services made available during the beta phase (hosting, email campaigns, shop, website builder, mailbox, and AI features), beta participants are asked to observe the following commitments:
- Keep your website or profile regularly updated and maintained.
- Use the feedback button to report bugs and share feedback.
- Support the project with a voluntary monthly donation of up to EUR 10 to help sustain the free services (hosting, email campaigns, shop, website, mailbox, and AI features).
- If you experience issues with your website, attend the Website Builder support sessions held Monday to Thursday at 19:00.
- For urgent matters and ongoing questions, use the consultation page.
- Use the Invite Friends feature. Inviting friends may unlock free services once the beta phase ends.
- Consult the documentation first, for both the platform and the Website Builder, before requesting support.
During the beta phase, invitations are limited to acquaintances who are aware of the project and understand that it is in its final testing phase.
If you are interested in closer collaboration on scaling the project (for example, your own or a new community, network expansion, project work, or becoming an affiliate ambassador), please contact info@eventure.si.
4. Free and Informational Content
Individuals and organizations may publish informational content such as activities, blog posts, and community discussions free of charge. The platform serves as an intermediary and does not verify or endorse any published content. The publishing party bears sole responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their content.
5. Commercial Use and Paid Services
Commercial use of the platform, including selling offers, paid event tickets, and paid services, is permitted only for registered organizations with a valid legal basis for commercial activity. The organization is solely responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable laws, tax obligations, and regulations.
- Accuracy of pricing, offer descriptions, and service terms.
- Fulfillment of orders, refunds, and customer support.
6. Platform Liability
Eventure.si does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content published by users or organizations. The platform shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on its content.
Content on the platform is informational in nature and does not constitute health, legal, or financial advice. The platform does not guarantee any specific business results from using its services.
7. Published Materials and Intellectual Property
The platform does not claim ownership of content published by users or organizations. By publishing content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content within the platform.
This applies equally to chord charts, lyrics, and musical notation published as Songs or Songbooks; the publishing user is responsible for holding the necessary rights or license to share such material.
After content is removed or an account is closed, the platform retains the right to use previously published materials for archival, reference, and promotional purposes.
8. Events, Registrations, and Tickets
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, fulfillment of event promises, and compliance with local regulations. The platform facilitates event registration and ticketing but is not the event organizer.
- Ticket purchases and donations are processed through the platform's payment system.
- Refund policies are set by individual event organizers.
- The platform may charge service fees on ticket sales as outlined in the organization's subscription plan.
9. Bookings and Appointments
Organizations may offer bookable services, such as appointments, consultations, or classes, with their own availability, pricing, and cancellation policy. The organization offering the service is responsible for honoring confirmed bookings and applying its stated cancellation and no-show policy. The platform facilitates scheduling, confirmation, and optional payment collection but is not the service provider.
10. Courses and Learning Content
Organizations may publish paid or free online courses, including video lessons, downloadable materials, and self-paced or scheduled curricula. Enrollment grants access to course content for the duration defined by the organization. Completion of a course does not constitute a professional certification or qualification unless explicitly stated by the organization, which is responsible for the accuracy and quality of its content.
11. E-Commerce and Shop
Organizations operating shops on the platform are the sellers of record. The platform provides the infrastructure for offer listings, shopping carts, and order processing. All purchase agreements are between the buyer and the organization.
12. Prize Games, Raffles, and Giveaways
Organizations may run promotional games, including raffles, spin-the-wheel games, scratch cards, and quizzes, to award prizes such as event tickets, shop products, discount coupons, or other items. The organizing entity is solely responsible for the fairness of the game, the selection of winners, compliance with applicable promotional and gaming regulations, and delivery of prizes. The platform provides the technical infrastructure for entries, winner selection, and prize fulfillment, but does not organize, sponsor, or guarantee the games.
13. Payments and Billing
Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). The platform does not store credit card information. Subscription fees for organizations are billed according to the selected plan. The platform reserves the right to require prepayment for certain services.
In case of non-payment, statutory default interest may be applied. Access to paid features may be restricted until outstanding balances are settled.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of services is possible before payment with written notice. After payment, cancellation and refund policies vary by service type:
- Subscriptions: May be canceled at the end of the current billing period.
- Event tickets: Subject to the organizer's refund policy.
- Shop orders: Subject to the seller's return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Affiliate and Referral Program
Registered affiliates may earn commissions by referring new users or customers to the platform or to participating organizations, subject to the commission structure, approval process, and payout thresholds in effect at the time. Commissions are pending until approved and are not paid on fraudulent, self-referred, or reversed transactions. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for abuse of the referral system.
16. Platform Availability
The platform aims to be available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for downtime caused by network outages, power failures, maintenance, or other technical disruptions.
17. Privacy and Cookies
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The platform uses cookies for authentication, functionality, analytics, and personalization. You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner.
18. User Conduct
Users and organizations agree not to:
- Publish misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
- Use the platform for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security.
- Violate the rights of other users or third parties.
The platform reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
19. Community Guidelines
Participation in communities, discussions, and messaging is subject to respectful conduct. Moderators and administrators may enforce community rules, mute or ban members, and remove content that violates community standards.
20. Third-Party Integrations and API Usage
Organizations may connect third-party services to the platform, including email marketing providers, external shop platforms, and automation tools, using webhooks and API keys. The organization is responsible for safeguarding its API keys and webhook secrets, and for having a valid legal basis to share or receive personal data through these connections. The platform is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
21. Changes to Terms
The platform may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
